Lalith brings over a decade of experience bridging technology with business strategy across various industries. Most recently, Lalith served as the director of product for a behavioral health startup, where he led the design and development of a suite of internal tools to streamline operations. He also developed a robust data pipeline on top of an elastic cloud infrastructure to enhance data management and analysis across the organization.
As a research scientist at Georgia Tech, Lalith worked on diverse areas within the energy and climate change space. His contributions ranged from conducting research on university air travel emissions to mentoring students to building backend data pipelines and frontend data visualizations for energy applications, with technology subsequently licensed for commercial use.
In partnership with local government, he also co-led the development of a forecast map that used information gathered by sensors to track rising water levels and determine areas at risk of flooding. Earlier in his career, Lalith worked as a product manager for an online education startup, creating courses that have reached millions of learners worldwide.
Lalith holds a MS in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in biology and computer science from Northwestern University. He lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and enjoys travel and photography.
