Health system transformation
Meredith has spent the last fifteen years working across the health care system, with a focus on improving outcomes through data-driven strategy, public-private partnerships, and community engagement. Most recently, she served as Executive Director at Comagine Health, where she led a multi-state team and helped build innovative governance and data structures to support health system transformation. Her work has spanned strategic advising, program design, and stakeholder alignment for initiatives involving health systems, payers, public agencies, and community organizations.
Meredith has served as a trusted advisor to executive teams and government partners, helping shape decisions around health policy, delivery reform, and system sustainability. She has led work in areas including total cost of care, All Payer Claims Databases, and cross-sector innovation, while also driving internal organizational change and team development. Prior to Comagine, Meredith was an administrative fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where she supported the COO and senior leaders on strategy and operations during the rollout of the Affordable Care Act.
Meredith lives in Denver, and serves on the board of Project Access NOW. She holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wesleyan University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the wilds of Colorado, reading, and doting on her two adorable tuxedo cats.
