Qais is a medical doctor; who holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Alfaisal University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), specializing in Biostatistics & Epidemiology from Washington University in St. Louis. He is currently a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) student at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, with a solid commitment to improving access to care for marginalized communities.

Having interests in data analytics, healthcare systems, health innovation, and entrepreneurship, Qais has held several leadership and academic positions, including Director of the Health Innovation Initiative and Senior Lecturer in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Public Health at Alfaisal University. In these roles, he established collaborations with global industries to promote health education, digital health, and innovation empowerment. In addition, He mentored students while teaching multiple graduate courses on Research Methods, Biostatistics, and Epidemiology.
