Chris is a healthcare technology executive with over 30 years of experience. She most recently served as Chief Information Officer at Fenway Health, where she spent 20 years in a federally qualified health center setting.
Her expertise includes strategic evaluation and system design, technical innovation and organizational development, aligning technology with strategic goals, and leading cross-functional teams. She has specialized knowledge in sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) data integration in electronic health records.
Chris led the integration of SOGI fields into Fenway Health's EHR system, which influenced national EHR certification requirements and HRSA data standards. She directed the organization's rapid transition to telehealth services during COVID-19 and contributed to strategic planning for Epic implementation across a consortium of 12 health centers.
She regularly presents at national conferences, participates on advisory groups, and has co-authored over 50 publications. She provides training to healthcare organizations on implementing SOGI questions and analyzing LGBTQIA+ health outcomes.
