Meredith Roberts MPH

Meredith brings fifteen years of healthcare system experience focused on outcomes improvement. She previously served as Executive Director at Comagine Health, where she led a multi-state team and helped build innovative governance and data structures to support health system transformation.

Her expertise spans strategic advisory work, program design, and stakeholder coordination across health systems, payers, public agencies, and community organizations. She has advised executive teams on health policy, delivery reform, and system sustainability.

She has directed initiatives in total cost of care, All Payer Claims Databases, and cross-sector innovation, alongside organizational change leadership. Before Comagine, Meredith was an administrative fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute supporting senior operations leadership during the Affordable Care Act implementation.

Meredith resides in Denver and serves on the board of Project Access NOW.
