About

Sean has over twenty years of experience in healthcare operations focusing on technology, strategy, and finance. At The Health Co-Lab, he helps clients design, test and build sustainable solutions for innovative care and operating models.

Previously, Sean was an early leader at a commercial spinout of an Academic Medical Center's genetic laboratory, where he built revenue cycle, business analytics and finance operations leading to the company's IPO. As principal of a digital health consulting practice, he collaborated with healthcare payer, provider and logistics companies to leverage technology for patient engagement and operational improvement. Earlier, he worked on business development and corporate strategy for a Medicaid-focused behavioral health payer.

Sean was an InciteHealth Fellow at Harvard Medical School, applying design thinking to Primary Care solutions. He serves on the Alumni Leadership Committee at Boston University School of Public Health, mentoring students.

Sean is a service-disabled combat veteran with tours in Germany, Kosovo, and Iraq. He resides in Salem, Massachusetts with his wife and two children.
